Chase Field is located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona's downtown district, an area bustling with activity. There are plenty of public and private lots around the stadium, some as close as directly across the street and many more within a 5-10 minute walk. Prices for parking vary considerably, so if you allow ample time to search you could find some bargain areas for your vehicle. Individuals with a keen eye will be able to locate free parking spots that are located on the surface streets.

Downtown Phoenix continues to grow, so come early and check out a plethora of fine restaurants and bars within 10 minutes of Chase Field, including Majerle's, Jackson's on Third and Cooperstown. If you prefer to wait until at the stadium, Sliders is right next to the entrance to Chase Field, or check out batting practice before the game from a great view in left field at Friday's.

Now that you are inside, behold the beauty of Chase Field! Comfortable seating is angled to better face home plate. The field is sunken to allow for better sightlines, regardless of whether you are up by the main concourse or down close to the field. The early part of the season the roof is usually open, allowing for a true open-air baseball experience, and during the hot summer months in Phoenix, the roof is closed and the stadium air-conditioned, making for a very comfortable experience. Even if the roof is open and a surprise storm hits, the retractable roof can close in just over four minutes, ensuring completion of any game that starts. Anytime a Dback player crushes one into the seats, fans get to witness the water show out in the infamous pool in right-center field.
