Lower Level 20-50-Yard Line -

Lower Level seating between the 20 and 50-yard lines at Candlestick Park is available in the Lower Box, Lower Reserved and East Grandstand sections. Each of these sections offers a premium view of the game between the 20-yard lines. If you're looking for seats in the Lower Box, you might want to avoid the first few rows A-D. The first rows (A-D) of the Lower Box are very low, so players and personnel along the sidelines may obstruct your view of the entire field. Any seats that are considered "obstructed view" by the 49ers will clearly be labeled on our site.
The East Grandstand sections are on the visiting side of the field. Lower Box and Lower Reserved sections 14-20 are behind the 49ers sideline. No matter what section you sit in down low between the 20-yard lines you're going to have a great time at the game. This is one of the hardest stadiums to get into for an NFL game, so if you're sitting in the best of the best seats at Candlestick Park for a 49ers game you're doing something right!

These seats put you in the lower level of Candlestick Park with a great view of the bone-jarring NFL action at hand. They make a great choice if you're looking to save a bit on price from the Lower Level seating between the 20-yard lines. These seats will put you between the end of the field and the 20-yard line in one of the lower corners of the stadium. It doesn't matter which one you pick, you're going to have a great view of scoring drives and defensive stands in the red zone when you sit in the corners!
We recommend sitting higher than rows A-J of the Lower Box or 1-10 of the Lower East Grandstands. Players and personnel along the sidelines will block a full view of the field if you sit too low in these sections.
Obstructed Views : The East Grandstands will block views of the far endzone if you sit in sections 19, 21 or 23 of the Lower Box. Avoid these sections if you can find a similar price elsewhere in the stadium. Sections 21 and 23 really only give you a view of the near endzone. If you do sit in the Lower Box seats here, be sure they're in rows T-Z, as high up in the Box section as possible.

Get a birds-eye view at a reasonable price. Upper Level seating between the 20-yard lines at Candlestick Park is a great way to save money and still get an awesome view of the entire field. You might be up a little higher, but you don't have to worry about missing any of the action, no matter where the ball is spotted. Upper Level prices are much lower than in the Lower Box and Lower Reserved sections between the 20-yard lines as well, so you don't have to break the bank to get a great view during premium or postseason games.
Obstructions: Watch out for seats in rows 13 or higher of the Upper Reserved sections 18, 20, 26 and 28.
If you sit up near the top of the stadium in these sections the large press box might block your view. Depending on the section and seats, you might not even be able to see the far endzone. Avoid obstructions in these sections by sitting in rows 1-12 of the Upper Reserved seating or rows A-H of the Upper Box seating.

Upper Level seats in the corners of Candlestick Park are a great choice when you want a good view of the game, but your budget is not allowing you to sit closer to the 50-yard line. You get a birds-eye view from the corner of the stadium. Some of the best corner sections at Monster Park are sections 30-38. These are the closest corner sections to the field. Get in the Upper Box seats of any of these sections and you'll feel like you're right on top of the corner of the field. No one else in the stadium will have a better view of touchdown passes thrown to your corner of the endzone, so have your camera ready!

On a perfect day in San Francisco, you'll be soaking up the fresh air and warm sunshine as you root the 49ers towards your end of the field. Upper Level Endzone seats can be a relaxing way to enjoy a game. It's not as loud as it is down below, but you better be ready to get out of your seat when the 49ers break a big play across your goal line! We recommend sitting on the sides of the field if you have the opportunity. However, if seats closer to the 50-yard line are not an option, don't worry.
