Help Me Choose My Seats
|
Heading to a Jazz game at Delta Center? Looking for the perfect seats? Look no further. We have Delta Center broken down to help you choose the perfect seats.
General Information – The Delta Center opened in 1991 and currently holds 19, 911 screaming Jazz fans for a basketball game. Most of the premium lower level seats are foldout seats with little cushion and no armrests, which means there are no cup holders available. The views are great due to smaller seats and if you don’t mind holding your own drink, you’re going to have a great time! All permanent seats include a cup holder.
Rated - Lower level side court seats are the place to be. Whether you’re trying to impress clients or treating yourself to the best view available, center court seats in sections 7 or 18 are just the ticket. VIP seating includes rows A-C and 1 and 2 between the baskets and rows A, 1 and 2 on the ends of the court. VIP seating includes dinner before the game, in-seat wait service during the game and snacks and refreshments at half time. Sections 6, 8, 17 and 19 are just as good of a place to sit as center court but of course not everyone can sit there. You’ll find a noticeable break in the price if you choose to sit one section off center. Lower level seats are foldout with no armrests but you can beat the close proximity to the court. Row A is on the court. Parking may be included and will be noted with the tickets on our site.
Rated - For an even further break in price from the above sections, look for seats in the first few rows of sections 1-2 or 12-13. Be sure to sit in the first few rows when sitting directly behind the baskets. The hoop might be a bit of an annoyance in some of the higher rows. Again, look for VIP seating in rows A, 1 and 2. These seats include dinner wait service, snacks and parking (if noted in ticket notes). Corner sections 3-5, 9-11, 14-16 and 20-22 make for nice seats as well. Don’t be afraid to buy tickets in the higher rows here if you need a good bargain as the basket wont obstruct as much of the action as it would in the sections directly behind the hoops.
Rated - Higher row side court seating in sections 6-8 and 17-19 offer you the best chance at finding seats between the baskets at a lower price than the premium seating. You’ll get a full view of all the action even if you’re in the last row. They did a great job of laying out these seats during the design phase so you’re never too far away from the court when sitting in the lower level.
Rated - Lower level corner seating in the upper rows is a good choice for those that need to stretch their dollar the most. The higher rows of sections 1-5, 9-16 and 20-22 offer great lower level views of the game. You might not get the full effect of fast breaks and shot distances at the far end of the court but you’ll still remain right on top of fast moving, hard picking, slam dunking action when it’s on your end of the court. We do recommend spending the extra few dollars on side court seating if you can; it just makes for a better experience when you’ve got a good view of both ends of the court. You don’t want to miss that game winning buzzer shot because you were sitting at the far end of the court, do you?
Rated - Again, the Delta Center was well designed so even the upper level seats offer great views of the game. You’re at a distance from the action but some people like having the whole picture laid out before them in a somewhat quieter atmosphere. Look for seats in sections 110-144 or 130-134 if your preference or budget demands that you get bargain priced tickets. We don’t strongly recommend sitting in the corner or end sections of the upper level for any basketball event. From a distance the far corner or far end of the court is just that much harder to read. We always recommend spending a bit more to stay on the sides of the court when sitting up high. Avoid sections 101-109, 115-129 and 135-140 unless you’re really strapped for cash during premium and post season games. |
