General Information – The TD Waterhouse Center opened in 1989 and holds 17,248 fans during a basketball setup. If a basketball arena holds just over 17,000 people you know every seat is a good one and the arena as designed with basketball in mind. Most seats are theatre style with plenty of cushioning and individual armrests.
 Rated - Courtside premium seating is the place to be if you want the best. Each section surrounding the court has plenty of room for the legs and great views from right on top of the action. For the best of the best seating, stick with sections 101, 102, 111-113 or 122 on the sides of the court. VIP seating in rows AA-EE includes exclusive amenities not available in most other sections of the venue. Section 111 is behind the home bench and player entrance. Section 113 is behind the visitor’s bench and player entrance. Center court sections include 101 and 112. These seats are by far the most impressive way to impress clients or treat guests to the best basketball experience available at TD Waterhouse Center. Rows A-D in sections 1-4 on either end of the court also make for great seats to view the game. As mentioned above, these seats come with plenty of legroom, VIP amenities and exclusive access to private areas of the Center. You’ll be right in front of jaw-dropping dunks on you end of the court as well!
 Rated - Lower level seating in rows A and up, between the baskets, is the next best place to be from the VIP courtside sections. Seats here are comfortable but do not include the same exclusive access to VIP areas and amenities. You will get a great view of both ends of the court worth every penny of the price.
 Rated - There are a few good sections to consider when you don’t want to pay for premium or VIP seating between the baskets down low. For my money and since this is one of the smaller arenas in the league, I’d look for seats in the upper level between the baskets. Sections 201-202, 218-220 and 236 can save you a lot of money and still get you a great view of the game. It’s a matter of personal preference so lower level seating on the corners and ends of the Center might be the place for you. Some of the lowest prices in the lower level can be found in sections 103-110 and 114-121. For an extra bonus, look for seats in sections 114 or 115 by the home team’s player entrance or 109 and 110 on the visitor’s side. Row F in 110 or 114 puts you right on top of the players as they enter and exit. Some folks say the baskets can be a hindrance when sitting directly behind them. I say, “they’re made of glass.” You can see right trough the backboard. Seats here get you up close to the action when it’s on your end of the court and can be obtained at the lowest prices available in the lower level.
 Rated - Upper level seating on the corners and ends. As previously mentioned, this venue is small which means the upper level seats are closer to the court than larger arenas across the league. If you’re on a tight budget and want to enjoy the game at the lowest prices available, look for seats in sections 203-217 and 221-235 of the upper level. Personally, the higher I sit the closer I want to be to center court. If you get the chance, spend the extra money to get as close as you can to sections 201 or 219 in the upper level. From higher up it can be tough to judge shot distances and break-away speeds from the corners and ends of the Center. |
