Vip Metro Boxes -
Rated
Vip Metro Box seating is the first-rate, VIP way to attend a Mets game at Shea Stadium. You get premium views of the game from the first few rows closest to home plate, the base paths and the dugouts. You get a comfortable, individual, contoured, folding chair with seat-back and armrests. If Diamond Club Passes are noted with the ticket listing you will also gain access to the VIP Diamond Club restaurants at Shea Stadium. Diamond Club Passes and in-seat wait service should be noted, if applicable, on VIP Metro Box tickets. Another perk about seating in the lower levels of Shea Stadium is that you're never more than 2 or 3 seats away from the nearest aisle. This makes getting to and from your seats very easy and cuts down on foot-traffic in front of you.
The Diamond Club
The Diamond Club features two restaurants which are both open two hours before night games and an hour and a half before day games. If noted with tickets you can gain access to either restaurant. The Main Dining Room (The Diamond Club Restaurant) features an upscale buffet with a full bar and wine list. Reservations are required for the Main Dining Room. The Grill Room does not require reservations. You will be seated on a first-come-first-served basis as long as seating is available.
