When you order e-Tickets, you'll receive an email with a link to download the tickets.

The email will contain a link to the tickets, along with downloading instructions.

Click on the link, enter your billing zip code and print the tickets from your computer.

Bring the tickets to your event and enjoy!

Make sure you enter the same billing zip code you used to purchase the tickets.

Digital tickets are in a PDF format. You must have Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher

Use an ink jet or laser printer (color or black & white) to print your tickets.

For best results, use white, letter size paper (8.5’ x 11).

Make sure the barcode on the tickets print clearly.

If you will be traveling, email the tickets to yourself just in case they are misplaced.

Be advised the original ticketholder’s name might appear on the tickets, but they are    transferable and are now your tickets.

Click on the download tickets link in the email and enter the same billing zip code you
used to purchase the tickets. You can also download your tickets from the Order Status page on the website. Please click on the Order Status link on top of the home page (www.tickco.com) and enter the zip code, email and Order Number to download your tickets.

You must have Adobe Reader 4.0 or higher to print your tickets. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer, click here to download for free.

Click the link containing the tickets and print.

Use an ink jet or laser printer (color or black & white) with a resolution of 300 dpi or more. (If you do not know your printer’s resolution/dpi, check the printer’s manual).

For best results, use white, letter size paper (8.5 x 11).

Make sure the barcode on the tickets print clearly. Upon entering the venue, the barcode
is scanned to confirm authenticity, just like a traditional, hard ticket. If the barcode is faded or not printed clearly, the ticket may not scan.

If you are still having trouble printing your tickets, save the attachment to your computer’s hard drive and try printing the tickets again. If you can see the tickets on the screen, but they are not printing, the issue is with your printer. Consult your printer’s manual for assistance.

Once you print your tickets, you are responsible for keeping them safe. Please handle all tickets securely as if they were cash or credit card, and do not make any copies.
