Event Restrictions
Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, e.g., "21 and over".
It is the buyers duty prior to purchasing tickets to determine whether
such a policy exists. We will not be liable for refusal of admittance
based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility
to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either
themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult
themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We will not be
responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens,
angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds,
credits or exchanges under any of these circumstances.
No Shows
We do sell tickets in advance to events where the artist(s), team(s) or
performer(s) are not yet decided. We are not responsible for the actual
artist(s), team(s) or performer(s) that do appear during the actual event.
No refunds, credits or exchanges will be given in the instance of any
artist(s), team(s) or performer(s) failing to appear or participate in
such events.
Wrong Tickets
There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges if you erroneously purchase
the wrong tickets. Please make sure that you check your order before submitting
it. Keep in mind that once we receive your order, we purchase tickets
specifically per your request. At this point we can no longer get refunded
for the tickets you have purchased.
Elimination Refunds
In the instance of post season or "best-of" playoff type games
that are not played due to elimination, we will refund the total purchase
price minus shipping and handling fees.

Shipping Refunds
We will refund the shipping charges on orders that need to be picked up
at our local office. A full refund of the shipping charges will be given
at the time of pickup using the same method of payment used at the time
of purchase.
