The Order Process
Once your order is submitted, we must confirm that the tickets ordered
are available. Once we receive confirmation we will contact you to confirm
the order. If there are no tickets available in the section that you requested,
we will make every effort to either find seats suitable to your needs
or upgrade your seating selection if possible. We never downgrade the
seating location of a ticket order.
Regular Ticket Orders
These tickets are generally in stock. Since our online ordering function is not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. If tickets that were ordered are no longer available, there is usually an option to purchase tickets in a similar seating location. Our Upgrade option will give TickCo the opportunity at its discretion to replace the original seats ordered with comparable or better seats at no cost to the customer. These seats will not be returnable or exchangeable under the terms and conditions. Credit Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability. If tickets are labeled "GA" this means General Admission.
Ticket Release Dates
On advanced ticket sales or pre-orders we must receive the tickets in
our office before we ship them to our customers. You may even notice some
of your friends receiving tickets before we are able to ship to you. This
all depends on ticket release dates and the method of ordering. Shipping
dates can vary depending on several factors:
The box office has not yet released tickets for your section but
has for others
The box office does not ship/release all tickets on the same day
We're waiting on our contact to fill your order
We're waiting to find the best ticket to fill your order
Season ticket holders often get their tickets the fastest
Fan Club tickets often ship last
