What are "Regular" Ticket Orders
These tickets are generally in stock. "Regular" ticket orders generally pertain to regular season, playoff games, concerts and theater events.

Ticket Availability
Since our online ordering function is not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. If tickets that were ordered are no longer available, there is usually an option to purchase tickets in a similar seating location, at the same or a similar price. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered. Credit Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability.

Order Completion and Delivery
Once an order has been confirmed, a sales agent will contact the customer via Email. Tickets are generally delivered within a few days of order confirmation.

Local Pick-Up
Local Pick-Up is available for some events. A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets is needed for verification. This option is available if ordering tickets closer to the event date and may be an option for those that need to pick up tickets on the day of the event. Will Call must be set up through one of our Event Specialists. Please call 800-279-4444 for more information regarding will call pick up. Some times National Events are held in our home city such as the Super Bowl, World Series, Fiesta Bowl and more. All Pre-Orders for events held in or near Phoenix, AZ offer the option to pick up the tickets in our office. To avoid shipping fees on such orders, be sure to discuss this option with one of our Event Specialists.
