What are Pre-Orders
"Pre-Orders” involve tickets that are purchased in advance and are not currently in stock. Exact seating locations are not yet available so orders are taken for general seating locations. We generally take "Pre-Orders" in advance for large national events such as the Super Bowl, Golf Events, Final Four and National Finals Rodeo.

Order Guarantee
Once your order has been placed, your tickets are guaranteed to be in the general seating area you have chosen.

Delivery
Tickets will be delivered as soon as we receive them. In some cases deliveries are not made until the week of the event and occasionally as late as the day of the event. There is no guarantee as to the date and time tickets will be delivered other than prior to the event. Please refer to individual event pages or call for more information.

Local Pick-Up
Local pick-up is available for some events. A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets is needed for verification. This option is available if ordering tickets closer to the event date and may be an option for those that need to pick up tickets on the day of the event. Some times national events are held in our home city such as the Super Bowl, World Series, Fiesta Bowl and more. All pre-orders for events held in or near Phoenix, AZ offer the option to pick up the tickets in our office. To avoid shipping fees on such orders, be sure to discuss this option with one of our event specialists.
