Issuing Refunds on Games not Played
If tickets are purchased for a game that is not played due to the elimination of one team, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Example 1: If tickets are purchased for game 7 of the World Series but the series is decided in game 6, a refund will be issued for game 7 tickets.

Example 2: Occasionally tickets for the next round of the playoffs become available before the previous series has been decided. If a customer purchases Lakers tickets for the NBA Finals in Los Angeles but the Lakers do not advance, a refund will be issued.

Scenarios Where Refunds will not be Issued
If tickets are purchased for an away playoff game, tournament, or championship game where your team does not advance to the next round no refund will be issued.

Example: A customer will not be issued a refund on Super Bowl tickets if their favorite team does not advance to the Super Bowl.
