The Taste of Chaos Tour was created by the founder of the Vans Warped Tour in 2004. The format is similar; a festival catering to fans interested in hardcore music. However, often times Taste of Chaos brings in bands that may be considered outside the normal genres of music represented at Warped Tour, such as emo, punk and metal.
The 2008 Taste of Chaos line-up has the usual mix of heavyweights and up and comers. This year's line-up includes:
Atreyu; Avenged Sevenfold; Blessthefall; Bullet for My Valentine; D'espairsray; Idiot Pilot; Mucc and The Underneath.
