British actor, performer and singer Sarah Brightman found widespread success on the Broadway productions of Cats and Phantom of the Opera. She even married the renowned composer Andrew Lloyd Webber in 1984, but divorced six years later. After her divorce, Sarah left the curtains behind and immediately found recognition as a solo artist. Brightman released A Time To Say Goodbye in 1997. The album topped the Billboard Classical Crossover charts and sold three million copies around the world. Brightman's mainstream exposure in the United States started around this time, especially when she appeared on PBS with Andrea Bocelli to sing the title track. In 1998, she released Eden and two years later, La Luna. Both albums showcased Sarah's pop music style and received critical acclaim. In 2006, she released her greatest hits Diva: The Video Collection which reached #1 on the Classical Crossover charts.
