The Marathon competition will take place at the Panathinaiko Stadium
which is the same site the first modern Olympic Games were held at
in 1896. This modern stadium is built on top of the ancient Stadium
that dates back to 329 B.C.
The categories for the 2004 Olympic Marathon include Men's and Women's
